Mission Statement
Third Hand Healing (THH) was founded to offer mental health interventions and identity affirming support as a way to heal individuals and communities.
THH utilizes therapeutic art and holistic services that support those who need us most.
THH allows clients confidence to emerge by exploring personal difficulties through various creative modalities.
THH serves everyone, but we have a priority audience of our own POC communities.

I work with adults whose aim is to heal from the psychological and emotional effects of personal & generational traumas, minority stress, and resolve non-monogamous relationship and LGBTQIA related issues. I use an integration of treatment models that are trauma informed, solution focused and relational with use of mindfulness techniques for self-regulation and stress reduction. I use a variation of treatment models to engage clients in individually specialized treatment plans that guide them in their journey towards emotional balance and well being. My style is to collaborate with clients to build a safe therapeutic experience that is inclusive, identity affirming and validating of their need for healing and emotional wellness.
